Description

When Booker Noe fathered the small batch movement over two decades ago, he created Knob Creek to restore the standards of pre-prohibition bourbon: long-aged, big-flavoured straight bourbons of the past. Each carefully hand selected barrel of the Single Barrel Reserve is bottled individually to become a one-of-a-kind whiskey in each bottle. Big, robust and mature in flavour, the finish is long and full making it great whiskey for cocktails or for easy sipping on the rocks.
Knob Creek is a small batch bourbon produced by Jim Beam, distilled in a more traditional style and aged 9 nine years. It is named for the area in Kentucky where Abraham Lincoln grew up, it is said that the creek nearly claimed his life when he was swimming.
