Please Note

Refunds cannot be processed while the item is  Intransit seems the delivery is not guaranteed some times courier might have some delays which is out of our control we can help you to fast track it but it’s out of our control even when the item is damaged it takes time for us process refund because we need to investigate it is damaged or its loss. until we get the confirmation from the courier company we won’t be able to process the refund it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process a refund cannot be done immediately apologies for the inconvenience

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Damaged orders

In the event you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please emails us to liquorworld.com.au@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or incorrect goods.  Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you let us know after 24hrs of the order received for damaged or incorrect goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty. Please note we do not provide refunds to International Purchases for many reasons.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at liquorworld.com.au@gmail.com. For change of mind or for exchange please let us know within 14 days of the order received.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non – refundable. In some cases we may deduct fee of 10%-20% of the purchase price for handling of the order depending on the item. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Anything which is not sealed must be replaced at the customers expense.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days and receive a full refund excluding shipping costs if you return the goods in their original condition to our warehouse. Please email us to liquorworld.com.au@gmail.com to let us know to expect your return and return your goods. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 -5 business days for your refund to be processed.
