Christmas & New Years Trading Hours

Due to the high parcel volumes & backlog, some areas may see delays in expected delivery times so it is highly recommended to place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We will be despatching all orders next business day or if we can in the same day to give you the best possible chance.

Standard Delivery:

VIC Metro - 16th December 2021

VIC Regional, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT - 09th December 2021

NT, WA, Remote areas - 07th December 2021

Australia Post:

Parcel Post - 10th December 2021

Express Post - 16th December 2021

Order before the above dates to avoid disappointment.

Trading Hours Over Christmas:

The last day for dispatch will be the 23rd of December 2021.

We will not be dispatching any orders again until the 04th January 2022.

Pick Ups:

We will be open for pickups Mon-Fri 9:00AM to 5:30PM except for the following dates:

December 24th (Christmas Eve)  - Pickups will close at 3:00PM

December 27th - 31st - Pickups will be closed.

January 03rd - Pickups will be closed.

Our customers are important to us, we proud to offer flat rate shipping Australia wide at $9.99 per case (NSW/ACT) and $14.99 per case (all other states)

We accept Visa, Mater card and PayPal.

All orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business day  from our warehouse (except for club orders which are shipped in the first week of the following month of order). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

If you have not received an order within 10 working days (except subscribe membership orders), please send us by email at: speak@boutiquebeers.com.au. One of our friendly  boutique beer' team members will be happy to assist.

We use Australia Post as our main courier partner. Their average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed) are below:

Melbourne  1 - 2 days
NSW other than Sydney  2 - 3 days
Sydney / ACT  2 - 3 days
VIC other than Melbourne  2 - 3 days
South East QLD  2 - 3 days
QLD other than South East  2 - 4 days
Adelaide  2 - 3 days
SA other than Adelaide  3 - 4 days
Perth  4 - 6 days
WA other than Perth  5 - 7 days
NT  5 - 7 days
Tasmania  5 - 7 days

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using eWAY Payment Solution's secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. With the combination of SSL encryption on our website and a secure browser at your end, we take all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal information are protected when you purchase online. We also recommend that you take appropriate security precautions when accessing the Internet via public Wi-Fi networks or shared computers.

After you submit the order we will ship on the same day once the payment is confirmed. All order will leave our warehouse at the end of the day via our courier partners.

Yes. We send invoice via email that registered on your account or filled in a check out form.

In some instances we may not be able to ship to your location due to alcohol restrictions or transport constraints. In an event where we are unable to fulfil your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund.
