Del Maguey Mezcal Vida 750ml
Only water and the heart of the agave are used to make Del Maguey Vida Mezcal. The agave hearts are roasted over hot stones in a pit for three to five days, then ground to mash by horse-powered stone mills. This is followed be extensive fermentation in wooden vats and a slow process of twice-distilling in wood-red clay or copper stills. The resulting flavours are smokey, deep and warm.
