Darling Distillery has released its original Darling Gin, the first from the Urban distillery within the historic Royal Hotel in Clifton Hill.
Layers of bright citrus from fragrant orange, mandarin and native myrtle melt into the warmth of Tasmanian pepperberry and the heady spice of coriander and lemongrass. Earthy undertones of fresh picked rosemary and green tea are rounded by lashings of local rooftop honey and smooth creamery butter.
A unique product in a stunning screen printed bottle, designed by Melbourne street artist Kitt Bennett – an amazing addition to any collection.
