Matured over 10 years, firstly in bourbon casks then oloroso sherry casks, this expression of Armorik reveals an innovative progression of the fruity character typical of the distillate, a balance between power and roundness enhanced by an explosion of exotic fruit with a hint of pepper. Limited Edition release.

Non-chill-filtered, natural colour.

Tasting Notes

NOSE : Powerful, with a fine balance between fruitiness and pastry. The notes of exotic fruit and almond croissant are enhanced by a hint of vanilla caramel.

MOUTH : Lively attack of citrus. Then the roundness emerges with an explosion of fruit and maple syrup

FINISH : Very long and fruity, with a hint of pepper
