A limited release using oak barrels that have been used to mature Rum on the French island of Martinique in the Caribbean refilled with IPA beer in France and then used to finish Togouchi whisky.
Nose: Citrusy, hoppy, a slight peaty aroma can be noticed followed by sweet honey, nuts and corn flakes.
Palate: Galaxy hops, honey derived from Rhum, roasted apples, spices, and citrus develop midpalate.
Finish: Bitter chocolate, citrus, and subtle campfire smoke. Harmonized.
