This 25 year old single grain Scotch whisky was distilled by the Strathclyde distillery in 1989, matured in Bourbon barrels and then bottled in 2014.
Bottled at cask strength of 57.8% abv by Cadenhead Small Batch series, 348 bottles produced.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Quite rye like, lots of digestive biscuits, melted butter with pineapples and clotted cream
Flavor: Sweet, dried bananas, some grassy notes and then pineapple chews. Soft strawberry yoghurt notes and then white pepper
Finish: A big whisky, very creamy, lots of dry spices and then coconut, hints of peanut butter and then more creaminess
