If it was not for the High Court of Australia ruling in relation to section 44 of the Constitution, this unique Tasmanian gin may never have been crafted.

A contemporary Tasmanian gin with bright and bold citrus notes, stemming from its showcasing of the Australian native botanical, Lemon Myrtle.

The beautiful lemon myrtle tone infused in this gin affords the fortunate consumer the chance to waive the effort of adding fruit. Enjoy with or without.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Bright citrus top notes alongside green pine, with a hint of liquorice

Palate: Initial bold lemon citrus and spicy undertones with a lovely rounded and slightly silky mouthfeel. The citrus notes evolve into a lemon sherbet on the mid palate, with sweet pepper developing

Finish: a long silky finish with more citrus and sweet spice
