Ettore Zucca created this amaro liqueur in 1885, a bittersweet Italian aperitif, made using rhubarb. The recipe also includes zest, cardamom seeds and various herbs. Long popular in the cafes and restaurants of Milan. Expect flavours of cola, burnt coffee and gently bitter herbal notes. 16% Alc./Vol.
