Tasting note:Â Bright gold with pale straw edges. Aromas of moist fruit cake and muesli bar along side citrus zest and a whiff of brine. Full bodied by Pulteney standards; fills the mouth with a delicious fusion of Sherry and American oak. Excellent sweet / dry balance. A thread of peat? Vibrant vanilla, pepper and late ginger biscuit aftertaste. “Well-rounded” is the best way to sum this up. Eminently drinkable.46% Alc./Vol.
