This is a creme liqueur/digestif seasoned with sour cherries of Morello. The dense, highly concentrated liqueur is often used for mixed drinks or pouring sorbet or vanilla ice cream. The characteristic feature of Massenez’s Morello Cherry Cream is its strong, creamy scent. The taste of the fruit is perfectly measured by touching the acid of the stone fruit during the mouth. This is a different cream drink. The scent of the Black color with a muted red hue reminds us of Morello Cherry. A clean, normal nose for Morello Cherry. Reminding of fresh fruit.
