Tasting note: Deep brassy gold. The peat is middling to strong with additional hints of ripe plum, pepper, kipper and mezcal. Semi sweet on entry developing with hints of green banana, then more bitter dark chocolate through the oily peat. Delicate lanolin and tobacco through the finish. Concludes peppery, medium long, with lingering earthy peat. 50% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
