Kasumizuki’ means moon in haze. It is Houraisen’s every day Junmai. It has all you need in Junmai but at a very affordable price. Kasumizuki has a delicate flowery fragrance. It is a medium bodied sake with a firm palate. It is crisper and dryer than the usual Houraisen style. The high acidity with an underlying bitterness creates a long dry finish. This well balanced sake is designed to be consumed with foods.
