In the Victorian Age, Campbelltown was known as the Whisky capital of the world – one of the five distinct malt regions of Scotland. Founded in 1832, as Scotia, the Glen was added to the name in 1939. Today only three distilleries remain in the Campbeltown, Mull of Kintyre Peninsula. The finest whiskies produced here are characterised by a distinctive tang, and your first dram is likely to be a singular pleasure and remain long in the memory.
Subtle wood and vanilla flavour is enhanced by a full bodied spicy fruit aroma and mildly smoky aftertaste. Magnificent liquid bottled at 51.5% proof.
