An abstract of earth, wine and gin. Handcrafted in a single small batch and aged in a French Oak Pinot Cask. Spouting a striking pink glow, a sweet and earthy palate with an incredibly smooth and delicate finish. Pronounced botanicals Juniper, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Citrus. A warming gin that is fantastic neat, on ice or in a cocktail.
Tasting note: Pale brass-gold colour is reminiscent of young Chardonnay. Nosing finds a delightful harmony of citrus, coriander, woody juniper and pine needle underscored by subtle sweetness. Follows through with vivacious, full bodied flavours of juniper, pepper and lemon cough lozenge, ending piney, fresh and well balanced with hints of cardamom and citrus zest in the aftertaste.
