These fine flavour bombs are steeped in gin for 8 weeks before undergoing the processes of ‘saignee’- The French name for giving rose wine its colour.
The gin is a Rich and deep purple colour- When mixed with tonic or soda it turns a gorgeous pink colour.
Like a traditional Yarra Valley Shiraz expect notes of pepper, sweet spice and herbaceous notes of pine needles. Citrus and Rich raspberry stand alongside the long juniper finish.
Best consumed within two years of the wines vintage.
