Tasting note: Deep topaz. Warming aromas of light molasses, raw sugar and mocha with hints of orange zest and bourbon soaked oak. Not overly sweet. Well balanced with silky, medium bodied flavours of sponge cake, molasses, toffee apple and caramel fudge. Medium long, with drying oak, vanilla and pepper in the finish. Pulls up slightly short. A middle weight style with good vibrancy. 5000 bottles. 47% Alc./Vol. Very limited stocks.
