Del Maguey Mezcal Vida 750ml
Only water and the heart of the agave are used to make Del Maguey Mezcal Vida 750ml. The agave hearts are roasted over hot stones in a pit for three to five days, then ground to mash by horse-powered stone mills. This is followed be extensive fermentation in wooden vats and a slow process of twice-distilling in wood-red clay or copper stills. The resulting flavours are smokey, deep and warm.
