Centinela Reposado Tequila has the golden crystalline that displays the time and cares taken to produce from the gima to the distillation process. It takes place in the largest wine cellar in the world, Casa Centinela. Rested for twelve months in oak barrels in order to make the spirit smooth and light on the palate. It can be used to prepare cocktails and can accompany light foods such as poultry, seafood and Mexican cuisine.
