Cedar Fox is a new start up micro distillery located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The concept began in 2010 with Craig Westwood’s transitioning from an award winning home brewer to his first professional gig at the White Rabbit Brewery. A stint with the New World Distillery fortified his passion for spirits. Gin and Oak aged Gin are currently on offer, with other products in the pipeline.
