Created by flavour artist Elie-Arnaud Denoix, Belvedere Cytrus is crafted using a proprietory process of maceration or steeping and is a natural fusion of Belvedere spirit and the fruits essential oils. Then, using low heat , it’s slowly distilled with the real fruit in a small Alambic pot still. The final step is called the Coup, where one third of the purest flavoured spirit is put back into the still. This assures that every batch is related to the master batch for flavour consistency.
