Tasting Notes: Very viscous water like colour with watery hue with tenacious cling to the glass. A curious nose offers an enormously perfumed aroma as much akin to the spice rack in mama’s pantry than a cherry liqueur though wonderfully appealing regardless. Penetrating aromas of cherry juice over more subtle notes of fennel, spearmint, anise, sour dough bread and the faintest hint of glace cherry. Wonderful lift. The thick, glycerous palate offers decadently rich flavours of sweet ripe cherry above marzipan and a layer of sweet spice. Silky throughout and very generously textured. Perfect balance.
